The Gravel Pack System acts as a downhole filter. It allows reservoir fluids to flow while retaining sand particles within the formation.
A Gravel Pack consists of a slotted or perforated liner placed in the well & surrounded by gravel. This mass of gravel forms a depth filter and excludes sand from the wellbore.

Wire wrap screens consist of a shaped wire wound around perforated liner and are used alone or to support a gravel pack.
Premium Mesh Screens made of woven wire mesh that can be sintered. These screens are designed to distribute flow evenly and reduce plugging.
Slotted Liner Screens are made of sheet metal with slotted holes punched out for filtration. Slots are precision manufactured in CNC machines.
Pre-packed Screens allows fluid to travel through prepacked gravel then move radially near base pipe towards nearest perforations.
